Training Systems

Pizza Twist will provide franchisees with initial classroom training at the franchisor's headquarters. Phase I instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training including: cooking, managing, operational skills, cleaning, inventory control, instilling culture, point of sale training, and others.

Phase II consists of on-site training with an experienced Pizza Twist representative to assist with training new staff and preparing for grand opening. This work will be entirely field-based work and will focus on getting the franchisee comfortable with operating the business.
